Welcome

The next decade of travel will be won by organisations that own their demand, govern their data and build with genuine intelligence. I work at that intersection — as an operator, a builder and an investor.


As Global Chief Commercial Officer at Minor Hotels, I lead commercial strategy across 640+ hotels in 63 countries — spanning brand architecture, digital platforms, AI infrastructure, loyalty economics and distribution. Before that, I spent a decade at Accor building some of the industry's most recognised commercial and loyalty systems across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.


I write about how complex organisations grow without losing coherence — and how platforms, brands and capital can be combined to create something that endures beyond market cycles. Occasionally I back founders who are building at that same intersection.
